I also volunteer my time educating other investors at the Oregon Real Estate Investors Association (OREIA), Rental Owners Association of Lane County (ROA), and co-host one of the top real estate podcasts, REvsTECH!

My real estate experience includes over 15+ years of personal portfolio investing including single family rentals (1-4 units), multifamily property, manufactured home parks, and commerical real estate. I've also had the incredible opportunity to work in design/build construction, real estate investment trusts (REIT), and serve as the Director of Marketing for one of the top 0.01% real estate teams in the country.
